Short Introduction Summary of Interview
This is an informal interview conducted between me and my grandmother Janice Berry. In which Janice and I talk about her current reading, themes she likes to see when reading books, and authors that she loves to see works from. The reason for doing this interview is because I would like to share to others what kind of person she is, if only for a few minutes, as well as to have something to remember her by. I had once done a similar school project for my grandfather and her husband, Curtice Berry, many years ago when I was in high school and I am glad that she agreed to participate like he did. Janice has grown around and actively follows the Christian Baptist belief and holds that faith near and dear to her heart. In following this belief, she uses the good nature of the faith to see the positives in life even when the darkest clouds cast onto the sun. And so, Janice speaks about focusing on the positive and good nature aspects that stories can tell. Preferring a just ending to a novel rather than one left up to interpretation of the viewer or likewise. Even as I am writing this summary down after the interview, she is sitting outside on the porch reading the last book from the batch of books that she mentioned within the interview.
